Grafton Stone Mill believes that local grains are the next logical step in the local food movement.
In the early 1900's, Wisconsin was one of the nation's largest wheat producers. But today much of the wheat we eat is grown in China, India, Canada, Kansas and North Dakota.
Grafton Stone Mill aims to provide Midwestern bakeries, restaurants and home cooks with a variety flours from locally grown and certified organic wheat and other grains.
